Dr. Masaru Emoto is the scientist from Japan who has done all the research and publications about the characteristics of water. Among other things, his research revealed that water physically responds to emotions.
Many people have the predominantly angry emotion when we consider what is happening in the Gulf.

And while justified in that emotion, we may be of greater assistance to our planet and its life forms if we sincerely, powerfully and humbly pray the prayer that Dr. Emoto, himself, has proposed.

I am passing this request to people I believe may be willing to participate in this prayer, to set an intention of love and healing that is so large, so overwhelming that we can perform a miracle in the Gulf of Mexico.

We are not powerless. We are powerful.

Our united energy, speaking this prayer daily…multiple times daily… can literally shift the balance of destruction that is happening. We don’t have to know how…we just have to recognize that the power of love is greater than any other power active in the Universe today.

(The prayer) “I send the energy of love and gratitude to the waters and all living creatures in the Gulf of Mexico and its surroundings. To the whales, dolphins, pelicans, fish, shellfish, planktons, corals, algae … humankind … to ALL living creatures …I am sorry. Pease forgive me. Thank you. I Love You.”

Please join me in often repeating this Healing Prayer by Dr. Emoto. Feel free to send it around the planet. Let’s take charge … and do our own cleanup!

After receiving this great email I had to share it on the Loving Dog Talk Blog, this speaks to my heart!

The following was found posted_ very low_ on a refrigerator door.

Dear Dogs and Cats: The dishes with the paw prints are yours and contain your food. The other dishes are mine and contain my food. Placing a paw print in the middle of my plate and food does not stake a claim for it becoming your food and dish, nor do I find that aesthetically pleasing in the slightest.

The stairway was not designed by NASCAR and is not a racetrack. Racing me to the bottom is not the object. Tripping me doesn’t help because I fall faster than you can run.

I cannot buy anything bigger than a king sized bed. I am very sorry about this. Do not think I will continue sleeping on the couch to ensure your comfort, however. Dogs and cats can actually curl up in a ball when they sleep. It is not necessary to sleep perpendicular to each other, stretched out to the fullest extent possible. I also know that sticking tails straight out and having tongues hanging out on the other end to maximize space is nothing but sarcasm.

For the last time,*/ there is no secret exit from the bathroom!/* If, by some miracle, I beat you there and manage to get the door shut, it is not necessary to claw, whine, meow, try to turn the knob or get your paw under the edge in an attempt to open the door. I must exit through the same door I entered. Also, I have been using the bathroom for years – canine/feline attendance is not required.

The proper order for kissing is: Kiss me first, then go smell the other dog or cat’s butt. I cannot stress this enough.

Finally, in fairness, dear pets, I have posted the following message on the front door:***

TO ALL NON-PET OWNERS WHO VISIT AND LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR PETS:*

(1) They live here. You don’t.
(2) If you don’t want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture. That’s why they call it ‘fur’-niture.
(3) I like my pets a lot better than I like most people.
(4) To you, they are animals. To me, they are adopted sons/daughters who are short, hairy, walk on all fours and don’t speak clearly.*

Remember, dogs and cats are better than kids because they:*
(1) eat less,
(2) don’t ask for money all the time,
(3) are easier to train,
(4) normally come when called,
(5) never ask to drive the car,
(6) don’t smoke or drink,
(7) don’t want to wear your clothes,
(8) don’t have to buy the latest fashions,
(9) don’t need a gazillion dollars for college and
(10) if they get pregnant, you can sell their children …

Soil Enhancements? Caution Information on the packaging? Safe for animals and even kids?

A client of mine with a wonderful lab named Buck sent me an email about coco mulch and asked if the story of it causing the death of another lab was true. Snopes did state that many of the issues with coco mulch are true and that people should be careful on what you use around animals http://www.snopes.com/critters/crusader/cocoamulch.asp .

This got me to think about why the government would allow for such a product knowing that many people have dogs, cats and wildlife around yards. Then I remembered some information I discovered about 15 years ago. During my research of my natural rodent repellent http://mousebgone.com/ I looked over many bags of fertilizer’s and other products that contained manures.

To my surprise none of the manure/soil bags had any warnings on the bags that I reviewed. This sent me to the library for deep research (yes before the internet…1995), what I found in the EPA government documents was that any byproduct that “enhances soil” does not NEED ANY TESTING or even CAUTIONS to the users. I have not reviewed to see if this has changed but from looking at packages of garden products it looks like this loop-hole is still in place.

What does this have to do with you, well just remember that many of the products in the garden area have not been tested for chemicals, e.coli , or other toxins. And for known toxins like coco they may not have to label it as toxic for your dog, your neighbor’s dog or the wildlife in your area.

If your dog or cat has gotten into any toxins please get them to the Vet ASAP and later look into using detox products to rid the body of side effects, please see http://mysticmountainretreat.com/health/waiora.htm for more information on the detox products that Cindy Hill likes to use at http://www.mysticmountainretreat.com/

I have to admit I have a high maintenance girl, yes she is the love of my life, don’t know quite how she has stole my heart, I have other loves and many in the past that were close but somehow she does that something special….I have known this for some time, the way she sleeps close to me, how she smells (yes smells), and just watching her.

Now this is where I get into trouble, her every emotion is written on her face, I can tell when she is happy, ecstatic, sad and here it is when she is bored…so I have come to the ocean to get that energy only the wild Washington coast can provide, the tame Pacific Sound won’t do, nor up in the mountains with my horses. So I am here with my two girls, Sierra the very protective Cattle Dog and Weya the sweet and loving Ridgeback; they love to play together and both love the beaches. Sierra is happy as long as everyone is safe and she is with me and Weya. She does not ask for much to make her happy, just being outside with us is all she needs.

Now Weya is another story, when she is happy she is HAPPY, her middle name is Joy and when she is happy JOY vibrates off her body, but when she is bored she is BORED, and its written all over her face….so here I am on the coast, camera in hand, not the quick instant camera but a digital SLR that I am still trying to learn how to use in the manual mode, so this means I am not only just “being” on the beach but I am taking lots and lots of photos, I am taking my time using all the different modes ….so what does this have to do with Weya…well while Sierra is just happy BEING, Weya is BORED….she does not run off because she knows that is not allowed so she just stands around and is BORED…..and when we are walking on the beach, when I could just be enjoying the BEING of being on the beach…well there is Weya and if its not all about her then she is BORED….so what do I do …I am spending lots and lots of time getting Sierra to engage in play with her or I am throwing sticks and we even found this great Styrofoam ball that used to be some kind of fishing thing.

So I am kicking the ball for her…now remember Weya is a Ridgeback….not a retriever, her game with balls and sticks is to go get it and then play keep away, which involves running in towards shore and getting me to chase her….which of course I do cause I don’t want my high maint girl to be BORED….and when we see people all Weya wants to do is go say hi…this is not a problem if they like dogs, but as I am supposed to not have mine lose I have to gage if they do indeed like dogs then ask is my High Maint Girl can come say hi…cause if people don’t want to say hi to her she get HURT and UPSET…so I ask people to say hi to my girls and thank them for their time.

I even go out of my way to find someone for my girls to say hi to, and yes Sierra loves people but she does not take it personally if they don’t want to say hi, which of course Weya does as she thinks the WORLD should love her, cause she is just so special… I am not complaining cause I can’t imanage being on the beach here at Kaloch without my dogs and I LOVE being with them here….but I wanted to admit my obsessive behavior….because I LOVE my High Maint Girl, Weya Joy Zimbabwe!
